Urgent consultation slots are progressively opened every day up to 48 hours in advance. Slots are offered from 06:30 to 08:00, after 20:00, and on Sundays and public holidays. These consultations are primarily reserved for acute medical problems such as infection, pain, trauma, fever, faintness, or anxiety. A €35 out-of-hours surcharge applies in addition to the standard consultation fee and is covered by health insurance and complementary health insurance. For non-urgent reasons during these hours, the practice charges an exceptional surcharge of the same amount, which is not covered by health insurance.
