Born and raised in Osaka, Tsuyoshi Yamakawa's culinary journey has taken him through celebrated kitchens across Europe and beyond. After spending seven years in Italy, including at the Michelin-starred Ristorante Cracco in Milan and Quattro Passi in Naples, he continued to refine his craft in New York, Copenhagen at Kadeau, and Paris at Saturne and Le Clown Bar. His cuisine blends Japanese precision, Italian warmth and Parisian elegance in a distinctive style. The event runs from 23 June to 12 July.
