During Diamond Parking’s rollout of the City of Spokane Parking Tax, effective April 1, 2026, payment will not be enforced for ADA-designated parking stalls at Diamond Parking Spokane locations. Customers with a valid ADA placard who paid for parking in an ADA stall are eligible for a full refund if they request it within 30 days of the receipt. This temporary policy applies only during April.
