Choose one of two teeth whitening packages. The first package includes free laser teeth whitening with an exam and cleaning. With PPO dental insurance, the exam, X-rays, and cleaning are covered. Without insurance, the cleaning and exam cost $250 and include complimentary teeth whitening. The second package offers teeth whitening for $144 when you have had a cleaning within the last 4 to 6 months. Results are best after a recent cleaning and polishing. Laser teeth whitening is cosmetic and is not covered or billed through dental insurance.
