Swiss Raclette Fest runs from 8 August 2025 to 18 September 2025. Raclette Cheese & Bacon Burger is $25, Raclette du Valais is $26, Vegetarian Raclette is $24, and the Thursday and Friday Raclette Chicken Parmigiana special is $19.90, or $28 with a pot of Weihenstephaner Pilsner. The Raclette BBQ Booth Experience is $35 per person, minimum 4 people, with booth seating only for groups of 4 to 8. Pre-booking is essential for the booth booking. The booth menu includes raclette cheese, boiled potatoes, charcuterie, pickled onions and gherkins.
