Choose from Rare Roast Belted Galloway Beef Rump for £26, Herdwick Lamb Leg & Shoulder for £24, Slow Cooked Saddleback Pork Belly for £23.50, Roast Cumbrian Chicken for £23, or Stinking Bishop & Wild Mushroom Wellington for £22. All roasts are served with Rosemary & Thyme Roasted Potatoes, Slow Roasted Carrots and Red Onions, Honeyed Parsnip, Stinking Bishop Cauliflower Cheese, Kale and a Yorkshire Pudding.
