The brunch is offered on Sundays and public holidays from 11:00 to 16:00 and is served as a buffet. The €38 per person formula includes a hot drink, toasted brioche with avocado and a plain, salmon or bacon eggs Benedict, an all-you-can-eat buffet, and unlimited cold drinks including iced tea, freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices, orange, carrot and lemon detox juice, and detox water. The buffet includes pastries, cakes, crêpes and pancakes, French toast, cereals, fruit salads, fruit tarts, chocolate mousse, desserts in verrines, mixed salads, soup, ham croissants, herb pascades, quiches, bacon, fresh sausage, smoked salmon, a selection of matured cheeses, Aveyron charcuterie, soft-boiled eggs and five hot dishes.
