Event bookings receive an additional 20% off during summer. Events have a 5 hour minimum. Non-business hours from 6am-8am and 10pm-12am are charged at 1.5x the hourly rates above. Please check security requirements in the add-ons section. Holiday rates may be higher for specific booking dates. Rates are subject to change. A refundable damage deposit is required for all events, and may be required for productions or offsites depending on booking details. Insurance is required for most events and larger productions.
