The package includes a fixed monthly price against a written scope, a checklist built at your walkthrough, the same cleaner every visit, a photo report after every clean, and guaranteed rectification at Oscar White's cost. Price is $2,000 to $2,400 per month ex GST for a typical professional-services floor of roughly 250 to 450 square metres.
