Includes all ISO and industry standards, mandatory documents including policies, procedures and templates based on ACI, change management and industry requirements for ISO personal and organisational certification, an ISO and industry expert on an agreed annual retainer, a high-level business strategy review and meetings with business leaders and teams to establish an As Is review and implementation process, skills, capability and verification reporting for all employees, ISO personal certification and 3-year continuous improvement development for all employees, monitoring and validation of organisational strategy, objectives and targets, an organisational Certificate in Sustained Success in guidance with ISO 9004:2018 or ISO certification within 12 months if chosen, and an organisational ISO certification stage one or gap audit before application to a third-party certification provider at no cost. ISO certification by an independent third-party certification provider is at the organisation's own cost.
