Between 4 August and 30 September 2026, six weeks of respite care are offered for the cost of three. The offer is valid from Tuesday 4 August until Wednesday 30 September 2026. It includes three paid weeks of respite and three additional weeks free, with no Basic Daily Fee charged during the six-week period. Upfront payment for the first three weeks is required before or on the day of arrival by credit card or direct transfer. Customers must have a valid respite ACAT Assessment and at least 42 days available within their government allocation of 63 respite days for the current financial year. Admission for the first day of respite must occur on or before Wednesday 30 September 2026. The offer is only available during the promotional period, cannot be used outside these dates, is not available to customers whose respite is funded through a third party or for emergency respite admissions, and can only be redeemed once per person, subject to availability. A Basic Daily Fee applies from week seven if the stay is extended.
