The unique promo code is sent to customers who purchased a one-way single adult ticket since 1 June 2024, opted in to receive marketing communications and have not received an email with this same offer previously. It offers a one-way single adult ticket for the return leg of the journey at a 10% discount. The promo code is single use, unique to the customer and applies to one full-price one-way single adult ticket only, excluding Early Bird £15 tickets. It must be entered at checkout on www.heathrowexpress.com or via the Heathrow Express App. The journey date must be earlier than 31 August 2024, and the promo code is valid until 31 August 2024. Up to 8 child tickets can be added at no cost, but a child must still be issued a ticket and cannot be purchased on its own online. The promo code cannot be used with any other promotion, offer, promo code or Railcard. The purchased one-way single adult ticket is refundable subject to the Heathrow Express Terms & Conditions.
