GLAMAPARIS provides exclusive management of furnished apartments for short-term rentals, including listing the apartment, optimising booking calendars, welcoming tenants, entry and exit inspections, guest support throughout the stay, cleaning, linen, maintenance and repairs. Management fees are between 15% and 25% including tax of the rent, and cleaning is included in the management fees.
