Standard, rush, and direct vehicle delivery rates are available by zone. Deliveries are based on parcels weighing 20 pounds or less. Additional charges include 30 cents per pound over 20 pounds, 25 cents per inch over 36 inches, $1 per minute after 5 minutes for loading and unloading, and $20 for special handling. Deliveries booked at or after 3pm are billed at an expedited rate. Four hour and two hour deliveries are unavailable after 4:30pm. Pre-hours and after-hours deliveries before 8am or after 6pm are charged at double the one hour rate, with only one hour service available.
