Occasional services include assistance with purchases and setting up EDF, telephone and internet services, administrative support, help managing domestic emergencies, arranging and waiting for workers, deliveries or meter readings, occasional shopping, minor sewing, laundry assistance and help finding a cleaner. Services are billed monthly at an hourly rate of 20 to 50 EUR. Subscribers to the Plus subscription receive a 5% discount. Actual expenses are billed with supporting documents. A provision may be requested at subscription, unused amounts are refunded at the end of the year, and an advance quotation is provided for significant or unexpected expenses.
