The Service Agreement Program is offered for newer equipment, 10 years or less. Agreements include proper cleaning and maintenance in spring and fall, all necessary service calls throughout the year, and all parts and repair labor, excluding compressors. Preventive Maintenance Programs and Service Agreements can be customized to the building's needs and help reduce repair prices and provide preferred service response time over noncontract customers.
