Season parking is available for cars at S$420 per month, inclusive of GST. No parking for motorcycles except for those with season parking. New applicants are required to pay via cheque for the first quarter. Tenants will be required to submit proof of tenancy via business card or company letterhead. Payment for subsequent renewals is by cheque on a quarterly basis by the 25th or by GIRO payment with a monthly deduction on the 25th.
