A full-time, eight-month Weiterbildung with 1,600 teaching units in a virtual classroom. The programme covers digital sales fundamentals, communication, artificial intelligence, CRM systems, practical sales training, job market preparation and participation in three IHK certifications: KI Vertriebs-Manager/in (IHK), CRM Experte/in - Digitaler Vertrieb (IHK), and Sales Manager/in - Digitaler Vertrieb (IHK). The course is eligible for funding through an education voucher. If approved, the Federal Employment Agency covers the Weiterbildung costs. This also applies to Jobcenter customers since 1 January 2025.
