Adyen settles the Merchant’s daily transaction volume on the agreed Payout Day. The Captured Volume is paid out minus refunds initiated on the Transaction Day and related fees, transaction fees, Chargebacks and Settlement Reversals, related Chargeback fees, and other amounts due to Adyen. The default Payout Day is T+2 for qualifying transactions in specified currencies, T+2/3 for transactions acquired in Poland, and T+4 for transactions acquired in Japan. Activation is subject to Adyen’s approval. Certain Payment Methods are excluded, and Adyen may delay payouts in specified circumstances.
