Sales fees are expressed inclusive of VAT and apply to all types of mandate. A minimum fixed fee of 3,600 EUR including VAT applies. Fees are 8% for sale prices under 100,000 EUR, 6% for 100,001 to 200,000 EUR, 5% for 200,001 to 500,000 EUR, 4% for 500,001 to 800,000 EUR, and 3.5% for prices over 800,001 EUR.
