Effective 2 January 2026, the Citigold and Citigold Private Client Centre at Asia Square Tower 1, Level 21 is open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm, and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Citi Wealth Centres at One Holland Village, Parkway Parade and Citi Wealth Hub are open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm, Saturday, 9.30am to 12pm, and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Walk-in clients will be issued queue numbers upon arrival, but issuance may conclude ahead of closure time depending on the queue situation. Only cash services are available for International Personal Bank clients.
