For residential or mixed-use rentals subject to the law of 6 July 1989, tenant and landlord fees for visits, dossier preparation and lease drafting are €12.10 per m² in very tight areas, €10.09 per m² in tight areas and €8.07 per m² in non-tight areas. The inventory fee is €3.03 per m². Brokerage fees charged to the landlord are 7.20% of annual rent excluding charges.
