This offer entitles the landowner of registered land to receive $4,000 off the base price of a single storey home or $5,500 off the base price of a double storey home in the Burbank collection home design in New South Wales only, excluding knock down rebuild jobs and the Sanctuary range of homes. The discount is noted in the New Home Estimate and Proposal and is not provided as cash. The landowner must pay the full initial fee to Burbank between 6 July 2026 and 30 September 2026 and complete all required paperwork, including proof of land registration in the landowner's name, within 14 days after the fee is received. Burbank may extend, vary or revoke the offer at any time without notice. The offer cannot be used with other Burbank promotions, except the Good Life offer, and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
