$150 monthly parking for random parking from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Additional fees may apply, including a $5 admin fee per account, parking device activation and refundable deposit fees ranging from $10 to $75, and a reserved parking sign installation fee ranging from $75 to $200 where applicable.
