£10 is required to secure an appointment. No shows result in loss of the full deposit. Appointments rescheduled within 24 to 48 hours before the booked appointment can use 100% of the paid deposit towards the next appointment. Appointments rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment do not require an extra fee, and the original deposit is applied to the rescheduled appointment. Refunds are available when cancelling at least 48 hours before the booked appointment, subject to the stated refund policy.
