Expert legal advice for probate matters where there is a will, or letters of administration where there is no or a deficient will. If required, the firm will handle uplifting the original will from the solicitor holding it. Services include estate administration guidance from the time of passing through to the end of the Court process, with matters conducted by the solicitor rather than delegated to office staff. The firm can also act as attorneys for foreign applicants for Grants, which may incur additional fees. Fixed fee applies, based on the New South Wales Supreme Court set scale fee.
