Prepaid annual membership includes 24/7 access, unlimited classes, the ability to reserve classes in advance, and access to all VITAL locations. No contracts, initiation or cancellation fees, or freezing. A one-time $10 fee applies for a member key card. All memberships are subject to a 4.5% NYC sales tax.
