Open group for everyone. The session starts together at 18:00 and ends at 21:00. Late arrival is only possible by arrangement. Registration is not necessary. No martial arts experience or special fitness is required. Bring soft knee and elbow pads or comfortable clothing covering the knees and elbows as needed. This is an open play space, not a workshop, and participation is entirely at your own responsibility. Participation costs 15 EUR, payable on site. The solidarity price is 10 EUR.
