Seasonal chanterelle special available while the chanterelle season lasts. Includes vitello tonnato with fried chanterelles, beef carpaccio with fried chanterelles, risotto with fried chanterelles and Parmesan, pappardelle with chanterelles and fillet tips in cream sauce, pizza with fried chanterelles, salsiccia and Parmesan, pappardelle with salsiccia and fennel in tomato sauce, grilled rump steak with chanterelles in cream sauce and potatoes, and grilled salmon fillet on chanterelles and potatoes. Some fish dishes are offered at the daily market price. Fresh fish dishes are available daily and staff are happy to advise.
