Percentage discount vouchers cannot be used to extend a hire. Additional charges incurred during or after the hire are charged at standard rates and debited via credit or debit card. Late fees, lawnmower damages and other additional costs beyond the standard hire fee and extending the hire costs are not covered by the voucher and must be paid using the provided credit card. Discounts are rounded up to the nearest dollar. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, must be redeemed by the stated expiry date, can only be redeemed online at www.uhaul.com.au or through the Call Centre on 1300 883 075, and only one voucher can be used per hire transaction. A valid credit card number is required. Lost, damaged or stolen vouchers will not be reissued, and vouchers are not refunded or reissued if the voucher booking is cancelled.
