Aflac will provide a premium grace period for Oregon policyholders residing in Harney County who were affected by the Second Flat Fire, starting July 24, 2026, and ending September 22, 2026. The grace period also extends claim filing deadlines and provides leniency for other actions required under the policy. A replacement policy copy is available upon request. Network Dental and Vision Members also receive extensions for claim filing deadlines, relaxed prior authorization, precertification, and referral requirements, access to appropriate out-of-network providers when in-network providers are unavailable or members are displaced, and leniency for other certificate requirements. A replacement certificate is available upon request.
