Optional Bike Insurance

Bike insurance is optional and costs IDR 50,000 per day, paid separately. It covers risks including damage to the motorbike or scooter, loss or theft of the bike, flat tires, and accessories. Coverage applies to costs exceeding USD 2,000 excess or own risk. Lost keys, lost or stolen helmets, and police tickets are not covered. For a lost or stolen motorbike or scooter, the renter must report it to the police and provide proof of the report to claim insurance.
