From 4 March 2025, the FamilienServiceBüro at Rathaus Mitte offers an open consultation every Tuesday. During opening hours, no appointment is required. Residents can visit spontaneously with questions about parental allowance, daycare vouchers, advance maintenance payments and other family-related matters. Appointments on other days are still required.
