Fees are determined transparently before any work begins. Advisory services are billed at an hourly rate, while non-contentious or contentious proceedings may, depending on the complexity of the case, be covered by a fixed fee taking into account the value of the matter and the client's financial capacity. Each fee statement includes a detailed summary of work carried out and expenses and disbursements advanced by the firm. Fees are subject to VAT at 20%.
