OHIP provides coverage for annual eye exams for children and teens under the age of 20, and for those over the age of 65. There is also coverage for people aged 20 to 64 with New Cranial Nerve Disorders, Optic Pathway Disease, Cataract, Retinal Disease, Corneal Disease, Uveitis, Diabetes Mellitus, Glaucoma, or screening for medication toxicity.
