Students must apply from offshore, outside Australia, pay 75% of 12 months' tuition at acceptance, study offshore online, and enrol in a minimum of 2 units or subjects in their first semester. Students cannot defer their commencement date except for compelling or compassionate circumstances. Technology or connectivity issues are not considered compelling or compassionate circumstances and must be addressed before acceptance. If a student withdraws before course commencement after commission has been paid, all commission payments must be returned to Education Centre of Australia immediately. If a student withdraws after course commencement but before completing 4 units, commission for units or subjects not studied must be returned immediately. If more than 10% of an agency's students in any intake withdraw before commencing 4 units or subjects, the agency may be removed from the process. If a student pays less than the required amount, commission will be paid based on fees paid. Conditions may change, and Education Centre of Australia reserves the right to withdraw the offering to any agent at its discretion.
