If you like the property you have viewed, in person or virtually, send the completed offer form by email. The offer will be prequalified and forwarded to the landlord. All offers are subject to the landlord's approval and referencing. Referencing is completed via Goodlord and includes ID and Right to Rent, credit, income and affordability, and residential checks. If the landlord accepts the offer, applicants must pay a holding deposit equal to one week's rent. Applicants without income may provide a UK based guarantor meeting the stated income requirement, or pay the full rent in advance.
