The $15,000 annual Community Benefit Fund provides grants to local community groups. The annual Community Grants Program is open to applications from 1 August to 15 September each year. Late applications cannot be accepted. Applications are completed online and managed by the Community Enterprise Foundation. Applicants must meet one of the Community Growth Focus Areas, including arts, culture and events; energy efficiency and environment; disaster relief and emergency services; education and training; First Nations; or health and wellbeing. Successful applicants must provide a report when the grant project is complete, including project highlights, photos and or media, and a grant acquittal detailing how the funds were spent.
