New customers receive their first turnover free and a rate from £16 per set, locked in for as long as they stay. There is no tie-in and turnovers can be cancelled free up to 3 hours before pickup. Bed linen and towels are collected, washed, pressed and returned inside the property. A same-day redo is free for any set that is not right. Minimum charge is £25 per changeover.
