A signature iced coffee created exclusively for The London Coffee Festival in collaboration with Union Hand-Roasted Coffee. It is layered with ice, water, flavoured nata milk and rich espresso, then finished with pastel de nata foam, cinnamon and a caramel disk designed to crack into the drink before sipping.
