A lifestyle service benefit available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to eligible NAB Platinum Card and NAB Signature Card customers. Services include flight information, sourcing and delivery of event tickets, event information, restaurant referrals and reservations, hotel and car service information and reservations, health club and golf reservations, gift sourcing, sourcing and delivery of goods, pre-trip assistance, emergency message and interpretation services, passport and visa assistance, business service assistance, send it home service and courier service. The cardholder will be informed of costs and options before any booking or purchase. Research and coordination services are not charged, but the cardholder is responsible for goods and service costs, deposits, cancellations, delivery and shipping, customs duties, import taxes, fund transfer costs and any funds advanced. Services are subject to availability, applicable laws, shipping restrictions and other exclusions.
