A lifestyle service benefit available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to eligible NAB Platinum Card and NAB Signature Card customers. Services include flight information, event ticket sourcing and delivery, event information, restaurant referrals and reservations, hotel information and reservations, car rental and limousine services, health club information, golf reservations, gift sourcing, purchasing and delivery of goods, pre-trip assistance, emergency messages, passport and visa assistance, interpretation assistance, business services, send it home service and courier service. The cardholder will be informed of costs before any booking or purchase. Research and coordination services are not charged, but the cardholder is responsible for purchased goods and services, deposits, cancellation costs, delivery and shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, fund transfers and advances. Requests are subject to availability, applicable laws, customs and shipping restrictions.
