A lifestyle service benefit available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to eligible NAB Platinum Card and NAB Signature Card customers. Services include flight information, event and ticket assistance, restaurant and hotel referrals and reservations, car services, health clubs, golf, gift sourcing, goods sourcing and delivery, pre-trip assistance, emergency messages, passport and visa assistance, interpretation, business services, send it home and courier services. Lifestyle Services are valid locally and worldwide. The cardholder will be informed of costs before any booking or purchase, and research and coordination services are not charged. The cardholder is responsible for purchased goods and services, deposits, cancellations, delivery and shipping, customs duties, import taxes, fund transfers and advanced funds. Requests must be for personal use and comply with applicable laws and shipping restrictions.
