If you are not satisfied with Schülerhilfe's service, cancel in writing by the 27th day after the first lesson. Your contract then ends and the tuition fees paid are refunded. A one-time registration fee of up to EUR 59 is not refunded. Valid for tutoring term contracts of 12 or 24 months with at least 2 sessions per week in individual tuition in a small group. Valid only for new customers and at participating locations. Not valid with other promotions, offers, coupons or discounts, or for measures funded by public or state institutions.
