If you are not satisfied with Schülerhilfe's service, cancel in writing by the 27th day after the first lesson. Your contract will then end and the tuition fees paid will be refunded. The one-time registration fee of up to EUR 59 is not refunded. The guarantee applies to all tutoring contracts with terms of 12 or 24 months and at least 2 attendances per week in individual instruction in a small group. Valid for new customers only and only at participating locations. Not combinable with other promotions, offers, coupons or discounts. Not valid for programmes funded by public or government institutions.
