Choose one exclusive benefit per event: one complimentary room night for every 30 paid room nights; complimentary VIP or organiser upgrades, with up to five rooms upgraded to Deluxe Studio subject to availability; enhanced healthy breaks within a DDR package, including nutritious, balanced snacks and fresh smoothies; a welcome drinks reception for all delegates; or complimentary in-room AV subject to availability. The offer is subject to availability and valid for new bookings confirmed and taking place between March and September 2026. Benefits apply to a minimum total contracted revenue of £10,000. This promotion is non combinable with any other offer. One complimentary breakout room is included for groups of 70 or more delegates. Room nights are cumulative, for example, 60 paid room nights qualify for two complimentary room nights. The drinks reception must be booked with and used alongside the associated event. Complimentary in-house or inbuilt AV is included, but additional technical requirements or technician support will be charged separately.
