A Medicare rebate of $128.40 is available for each session for clients referred by a GP or Psychiatrist under a Better Access to Mental Health Treatment Plan. Up to 10 sessions are available in a calendar year, with an additional 10 sessions per calendar year currently available to address the impact of the pandemic on mental health. A referral is not required to access appointments.
