An all-inclusive monthly fee covers an individual, with family members available at an additional cost. The fee provides absolute, unlimited access to your physician and their physician partner and covers all care and services provided by the office. Every primary care service is included with no additional billing, including an extensive annual physical, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, x-rays, routine lab tests and diagnostics indicated by your age, health, and conditioning status. MD2 does not bill insurance or Medicare.
