The all-inclusive monthly fee is $2,333 for an individual, and family members can be added at an additional cost. MD² does not bill insurance or Medicare. The fee ensures absolute, unlimited access to your physician and their physician partner, and covers all care and services provided by the office, including an extensive annual physical, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, x-rays, routine lab tests and diagnostics indicated by your age, health, and conditioning status. There is no additional billing for included primary care services. There is no obligation to remain a member, and services can be canceled at any time without financial commitment.
