Long stay discounts are available to corporate clients. The page also states that rates are £160 per night for 7 to 28 nights, £150 per night for 28 to 89 nights, and £140 per night for 90 or more nights for one-bedroom apartments. Two-bedroom apartments are £215 per night for 7 to 28 nights, £205 per night for 28 to 89 nights, and £195 per night for 90 or more nights. Rates generally exclude VAT, which is 20% for the first 28 nights and 4% thereafter. Minimum stay is 3 nights, and nightly rates may fluctuate due to seasonal demand and booking volume.
